“ I love Peruvian food and I was super happy to find this place near home. The option of seafood, ceviche is amazing and they are super tasty! We also feel super well because of the customer service. The staff was super kind, happy, all the time worried if we needed something. When you arrive they bring free Peruvian corn that is super delicious. We ordered yuca huancaina of appetizers traditional ceviche and chicharron de pescado. I love that in this place they don’t bring the check as soon they bring the food as they want us to leave. On the opposite we feel welcome and that we could stay there ordering food whenever we want. They also have a skylight in the middle of the restaurant that brings incredible light. Looking forward to go back again and try another options in the menu. ”
“ Great place, some of the best Peruvian and fusion food I have had. Some of the best South American cuisine I have ever had (better than the food in Panama City , Mexico city , and even a tiny 4 bench cantina in Columbia. All pf the food was seasoned perfectly. You know how sometimes if you have a food allergy, taking the components you are allergic to can ruin a dish. The food was seasoned so well, that when the dairy was removed, it made a diffetence, but the flavor was so good it didnt matter. The owner and his wife were personable, and fun to talk with. We had a problem with our order, and they took care of it immediately, and apologized for the inconvenience- something that is sorely lacking in businesses today. I had the Empenada Trio. Technically, it is an appetizer, but it makes for a great meal. There are beef, chicken and cheese empenadas, and they were all crispy, and delicious. The beef was a great flavor, then the chicken was a bit spicier, but had flavor that was just as great as the beef. The cheese was crispy outside, gooey cheesey greatness inside, and so flavorful, that I likely have my go to dish for this place on my second visit! They came with a tomato based sauce, and a pepper based sauce, both of them were excellent and worked well with the Empenadas. Another visit, I had the Aji de Gallina. Perfectly cooked, and, again, everything was so well seasoned that the flavor just jumped out. The mixture of the rice, Charcoal roasted chicken, and cheese based sauce were the perfect compliments for each other. The fried plantains were crispy outside, soft inside, and an excellent choice for the side. If you find yourself on Battleground Rd here in Greensboro, please stop in and enjoy this wonderful slice of South American flavor. ”
“ Hands down one of my new favorite restaurants. The service was incredible. The food out of this world. The cocktail so authentic, so much attention to detail, The ingredients are just quality. If you haven’t tried AJ fusion on battleground, you absolutely need to. Best Peruvian food I’ve had to date. ”
“ The food was fantastic! My family and I enjoyed the meals and appetizers! The Atmosphere was a little dark but the art and the music playing was great. ”
“ I wanted to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Aji Fusion. Jonathan, who took my order, was incredibly helpful and kind. He demonstrated excellent menu knowledge, provided great recommendations, and his joyful demeanor was truly refreshing. I also wanted to commend the amazing chicken. It was flavorful and paired perfectly with the rice and salad. Aji Fusion has definitely become my new favorite spot! ”
“ We were in town visiting and decided to give Aji Fusion a shot because the food sounded interesting. We had the best experience and some really amazing food. First of all, the service received by Micah was awesome. She was attentive, timely and so sweet! Next time we’re in town we would definitely come back to try more items on the menu. The fried Peruvian corn they give when you first come in is addictive. Think corn nuts but waaaay better! Do give them a try! ”
“ I went today for the first time and I will be returning. The waitress was sweet and attentive, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting and the food was AMAZING. I had the empanadas for my appetizer and I like that you get three different ones to try but the beef one was my absolute favorite. I also ordered a Guarana soda and it was sweet and refreshing. I am going to try and find some at the cultural supermarket. I ordered the Red Snapper for my main and I throughly enjoyed the fish. I will request it be fried a little longer next time just for my preference but it was good. It comes with seafood mix on top which had a little of everything and a fragrant rice. It also has a sauce on the the first and the fried potatoes that look like really thick fries. 9/10, can’t wait to go again! ”
“ We really enjoyed this place. There were a lot of menu options, the food was piping hot and full of flavor and we had no complaints about the service. It was nice and quiet on Saturday afternoon. The Bisteck was delicious but my cut was a little too fatty, but still delicious nonetheless. Recommendations are the Yuca Huancainas, Empanada Trio and the Arepas. You'll thank me later. ”
